Sponsorship & Endorsement

Not every offer that lands in your inbox is a good deal. Here is how we tell the difference, and negotiate the ones worth taking.

The Sponsorship Spectrum

Not all partnerships ask the same of you

Every sponsorship sits somewhere between a single transaction and a long-term brand relationship. Knowing where a deal sits changes what you should be negotiating for.

Transactional
Brand Integration

Appearance Fee

A one-off payment for a single event, shoot or public appearance. Lowest commitment, lowest reward.

Regional Partnership

A fixed-term territory deal, common with gyms, nutrition brands and local businesses around a fighter’s home city.

Apparel & Kit Deal

Season or multi-fight kit and equipment supply, often with performance bonuses tied to results.

Ambassador Deal

Long-term brand integration, sometimes with equity or profit share, tied to image rights across every platform.

“In Perpetuity” Is Not A Standard Term

A sponsor asking for worldwide rights to your name and image in perpetuity is asking to use your likeness forever, including after the deal ends and after you retire, for a single flat fee. We negotiate image rights to a fixed term with clear renewal conditions instead.

What we check in every sponsorship deal

We handle the pitching, the contracts and the renewal conversations, so our athletes can stay focused on training camp. Five things we scrutinise before a signature goes on any partnership.

  • Which brand categories the deal locks you out of during its term
  • Whether image rights are licensed for a fixed term or granted in perpetuity
  • What counts as a breach of conduct, and who gets to decide it
  • Minimum guaranteed activity versus performance-based bonuses
  • Renewal notice periods and early exit terms if the relationship sours
